The Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization
The Capital Area MPO coordinates transportation planning in Wake County and portions of Franklin, Granville,
Johnston, and Harnett counties. Members of the public are encouraged to speak at both the Executive Board's and
the Technical Coordinating Committee's regular monthly meetings. There is an opportunity for public comment at
the beginning of the regular monthly meetings. When speaking, please tell us your name and place of residence;
