FY 2024 Wake Transit Work Plan Period of Performance Extension Requests

The Wake Transit Work Plan Amendment Policy calls for a special amendment request cycle to be included on the annual Work Plan Amendment Schedule to allow project sponsors to request period of performance (POP) extensions as needed. As per the amendment policy, no public or subcommittee review is required for the special POP amendment cycle. CAMPO and partner agency staff have reviewed and are recommending that thirty-one (31) previously funded projects receive agreement extensions to December 31, 2025, or December 31, 2026, respectively. Both the Transit Planning Advisory Committee and CAMPO Technical Coordinating Committee have recommended approval.
Requested Action: Action Approve the thirty-one (31) recommended period of performance extensions for project agreements set to expire in 2024.
