Triangle Bikeway Design & NEPA documentation: NCDOT Review & Oversight Agreement

The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) & the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) will enter into a Review and Oversight Agreement to enable NCDOT to review the design of the Triangle Bikeway Design & NEPA documentation. This funding was identified in the Unified Planning Work Program for FY2024 and FY2025 and enabled by the funding Agreement between Wake County and CAMPO approved at the June 12, 2024 meeting. Attached is a draft Review & Oversight agreement for NCDOT and CAMPO to enter outlining the terms to be adhered to in the first phase of the design.
Requested Action: Action Approve Review & Oversight Agreement and authorize Executive Director to sign the Review and Oversight Agreement with NCDOT.
