Title

Locally Administered Projects Program (LAPP) FFY 2024 Program and Target Modal Investment Mix

Body

The Locally Administered Projects Program (LAPP) FFY 2024 Call for Projects is anticipated to open in August of 2022.  CAMPO staff has provided an update on areas for potential program enhancements to the LAPP Steering Committee but do not anticipate substantive changes for the FFY 2024 cycle.  CAMPO staff have also provided a recommendation for the Target Modal Investment Mix.  The proposed Target Modal Investment Mix was be posted for public comment from June 15 - August 15, with a public hearing scheduled for the August 17^th Executive Board meeting.  The anticipated approval of the LAPP FFY2024 program, Target Modal Investment Mix, and opening of CAMPO’s One-Call-for-All call for projects will be at the August 17^th Executive Board Meeting.  The TCC has recommended approval of the FFY 24 Locally Administered Projects Program and opening the One Call for All.

Requested Action: Action Conduct Public Hearing.  Consider approval the FFY 2024 LAPP Program and open of the annual One Call for All for LAPP and UPWP projects.
