Title
Non-Motorized Volume Data Program - Master Services Agreement
Kenneth Withrow, MPO Staff
Body
The CAMPO Executive Board at their September 21, 2022 meeting received information on Amendment #1 to the FY 2023 UPWP. Amendment #1 of the FY 23 UPWP includes this specific item:
“A budget adjustment for II-A-12 to bring that working line item from $10,000 to $15,000 to account for additional maintenance needs for the Non-Motorized Data Volume Count program data counters”.
NCDOT has transitioned the counter inventory of the Non-Motorized Volume Data Program (NMVDP) to the collaborating program agencies such as CAMPO and no longer supports the maintenance of the NMVDP inventory. A Master Services Agreement has been written between CAMPO and ITRE to maintain the NMVDP counter inventory through onsite maintenance and assistance with a financial obligation for the services provided. Along with maintenance of the NMVDP inventory, ITRE staff will be required to give a status report on the counters twice year, along with presentations to the TCC and Executive Board and provide staff with a copy of the maintenance log for services rendered quarterly, along with email updates after site visits.
