NCDOT’s STIP Unit has notified the MPO that amendments have been made to the 2026-2035 STIP. Additional amendments to the 2026-2035 TIP are also necessary to accommodate new projects, changes to project schedules, and funding changes.
Amendment #3 will be posted for a public comment period from April 20, 2026, to May 19, 2026. A public hearing is scheduled for May 20, 2026, at the Executive Board meeting. Approval of Amendment #3 will be requested at the conclusion of the public hearing.
