The FY26 UPWP included a wildlife crossing study, requested by Chatham County. CAMPO has been conducting this study in-house, with the goal of using GIS and field observations to identify specific locations where treatment would be beneficial. The study area consists of the Cape Fear River Basin that is located within the CAMPO boundary, which includes parts of Chatham, Western Wake, and Harnett Counties. This presentation is intended to update the Executive Board on the study’s progress.
