NCSU-ITRE Master Service Agreement Amendment

For over twenty years, the Institute of Transportation and Research Education at North Carolina State University has housed and maintained the Triangle Region Travel Demand Model (TRM) and provided technical services to CAMPO, Triangle West MPO, and NCDOT. In addition to hosting the Travel Demand Model, ITRE is currently managing the recurring household travel survey for the MPOs and NCDOT.
In order to efficiently manage and program these multiple year efforts, CAMPO and NCSU-ITRE created a Master Service Agreement with specific task orders for each service. Every year CAMPO issues a Task Order for the hosting and maintenance of the TRM and every other year CAMPO issues a Task Order for the 2-year household travel survey. The Master Service Agreement expires June 30, 2026. This amendment will extend the Master Service Agreement to June 30, 2031. This extension will cover model development and hosting through the 2060 MTP and three additional household travel surveys.
