CAMPO Personnel Policy Update

On January 1, 2023, CAMPO formally changed host agencies, known as lead planning agencies (LPA), from the City of Raleigh to the Town of Cary. As part of the transition for this change, CAMPO continued to operate under many of the existing policies and procedures that were in place until such time as those policies and procedures could be updated. Over the past several months, CAMPO management has been working to update or create these policies. This included the personnel policies that CAMPO operated under. The purpose of the personnel policy/manual is to provide for the policies and benefits which help us to function effectively as an organization. This policy is designed to establish a fair and uniform system of personnel administration for all employees of the MPO under the supervision of the Executive Director. The updated draft CAMPO personnel policy has been included as an attachment to this agenda item.
