CAMPO Office Space Update and Upfit Phase I

Body

CAMPO executed a lease for future office space in the Fenton development.  The next step in this process is to order the necessary office equipment and furniture for the approximately 13,200 sq. ft. of CAMPO offices.  These items are available through a state contract pricing system, which has several benefits including, pre-negotiated pricing, and a streamlined acquisition process and results in a quote for $325,000.  These items have been budgeted for but the total purchase price requires CAMPO Executive Board approval. 

 

Phase II will include a subsequent expense for CAMPO’s portion of the construction upfit costs and moving expenses.  Each of these has also been budgeted for. 

 

Requested Action: Action Authorize CAMPO Executive Director to execute a purchase agreement Storr Office Environments and secure the necessary office furniture and equipment.
