NCDOT will update the TCC on changes to the statewide CMAQ program and introduce the Carbon Reduction Program <https://www.fhwa.dot.gov/bipartisan-infrastructure-law/crp_fact_sheet.cfm> that is a new program in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. While both of these programs include direct allocation of funding to the MPO, this presentation will focus on the statewide elements of program funding.
