Wake Transit Public Engagement Policy - Schedule Public Hearing

CAMPO is responsible for managing the development of the Wake Transit Public Engagement Policy that will be applicable to future Wake Transit implementation projects. Staff members are currently finalizing the proposed policy recommendation, soliciting feedback from key community stakeholders, and preparing final materials for review and approval. Presentations to TPAC will occur in October, followed by review by the TCC in early November. The final draft is anticipated to be released by CAMPO staff for public comment in mid-October, with a public hearing at the Executive Board meeting in November. Executive Board and GoTriangle Board of Trustees review and consideration of adoption are also likely to occur at their November meetings.
