The Locally Administered Projects Program (LAPP) FFY27 Call for Projects is anticipated to open August 20, 2025. The LAPP Steering committee has provided a single minor recommendation to include a cost estimate template with the applications. The Target Modal Investment Mix is recommended to remain at the same percentages as it has for the past six years. The proposed changes and Target Modal Investment Mix will be posted for public comment from June 6 - August 19, 2025. A public hearing for the anticipated approval of the LAPP FFY2027 proposed changes and Target Modal Investment Mix and the opening of CAMPO’s One-Call-for-All call for projects will be held at the August 20, 2025, Executive Board meeting.
Requested Action: Action Conduct Public Hearing. Approve the FFY 2027 LAPP Program and opening of the annual One-Call-for-All for LAPP and UPWP projects.
