The Executive Board directed staff to conduct a survey of Executive Board members concerning future meeting times. Following a discussion of results at the March meeting, staff were directed to conduct an additional survey ranking starting time options of 2 p.m., 3 p.m. and 4 p.m This survey was also completed by 18 Executive Board members and alternates along with six TCC members. The results are included as an attachment.
Requested Action: Action Receive as information and discuss whether to change the start time of future meetings.
