The Unified Planning Work Program for FY 26 was adopted on March 19, 2025. Amendment #2 to this document reprograms FY 24 planning funds for GoRaleigh to execute an older pending FTA Section 5307 Capital and Planning grant application. Financial tables in the document, including Table 3 and Table 4A, were updated to reflect the transfer of the FY 24 funds into FY 26. The Amendment is available for public review and comment from March 16 - April 14, 2026. The TCC recommends approval of this amendment.
Requested Action: Action Adopt Amendment #2 to the FY 2026 Unified Planning Work Program.
