Wake Transit Project Sponsors submitted project amendment requests to the FY 2018 Adopted Work Plan during the second quarter of FY 2018. TPAC recommended two of the non-FTE related amendments in January, which were subsequently approved by the CAMPO Executive Board. TPAC took action to ask the Staffing Model & Expectations Plan (Staffing Plan) Core Technical Team (CTT) to provide additional review of the scope content in the FTE-related amendment requests and their alignment with the latest draft of the Staffing Plan document.
The Staffing Plan project manager and TPAC staff developed an analysis of the amendment requests and the staffing plan draft document. This analysis is attached for your reference, as well as a memo from the Staffing Plan project manager.
Requested Action: Action Staff seeks approval of all FTE-related amendments and authorize the CAMPO Executive Director to enter into any and all associated new and amended project agreements.
