Wake Transit Implementation: Updated Lead Agency Assignments

In accordance with the Wake Transit Governance Interlocal Agreement, the TPAC is responsible for developing and recommending assigned Lead Agencies to be responsible for ILA-defined tasks, as well as additional tasks identified through the Wake Transit implementation process. This would be the first update of Lead Agency assignments since its original approval in 2016. The initial Lead Agency Assignment included notes to clarify workflow for each task. The TPAC determined in February 2018 to meet the requirements of the Wake Transit Governance ILA by recommending a simplified document to the Wake Transit Governing Boards for consideration of approval. This new document will define of the all required and recognized tasks for the Wake Transit implementation process with assigned Lead Agency roles. The TPAC and its subcommittees will work to define a more technical document to expand on and refine workflow processes for each task and use as an internal reference document.
