Mobility Management Program Implementation Study Funding Agreement

The Mobility Management Program Implementation Study is programmed in the FY 22 adopted Unified Planning Work Program for CAMPO, and the budgets of Wake County, the Town of Cary, and the City of Raleigh. The cost of the study will be shared between the parties with CAMPO administering a contract with an expert mobility management program consult who will assist with the regional study. CAMPO is presently in contract negotiations with a preferred consultant. It is anticipated the study will begin around July 1, 2021. The total cost of the study is $120,000, of which CAMPO will pay for 42%, not to exceed $50,000 over the course of FY 22 and FY 23. Wake County will pay 42%, not to exceed $50,000, the Town of Cary and the City of Raleigh will each pay 8%, not to exceed $10,000 over the course of FY 22. A copy of the Draft funding agreement is Attachment B while the contract template is Attachment C.
Requested Action: Action Authorize the Executive Director to sign the Funding Agreement for the Mobility Management Program Implementation Study.
