TCC Bylaws Amendments & Updates

Body

The TCC Bylaws were updated and amended at the April 4^th, 2024 meeting.  This update added the new members of the Town of Coats, Town of Lillington, and Chatham County to the voting membership. The update also reflected current practice for voting schedule updates.  During the April 17^th, 2024 Executive Board meeting, staff were directed to add a representative from Campbell University to the TCC as an ex-officio member.  This update has been incorporated into the draft Bylaws document included as an attachment.

Requested Action: Action Approve updated TCC Bylaws.
