The Bylaws for the Executive Board were last updated in 2016. This update to the Bylaws proposes adding Chatham County and the Towns of Coats and Lillington to the voting membership and weighted voting roster with one vote. The update also clarifies responsibilities for updating and maintaining the weighted voting roster. Other minor grammatical and clarifying adjustments have been made as well. All changes can be viewed in the attachment.
