FAST 2.0 Study Funding Agreement

In the FY 2024 Unified Planning Work Program, CAMPO programmed a funding contribution of $50,000 to NCDOT to assist with the completion of the Freeway, Arterial, Street, and Tactical (FAST) 2.0 Study. The overall budget for the study is $855,000, which will be funded through agreement with a variety of partners across the region. The final scope of this study is attached. This agenda item is to authorize the Executive Director to sign the funding agreement for CAMPO’s funding contribution.
Requested Action: Action Authorize the Executive Director to sign the FAST 2.0 Funding Agreement with NCDOT to contribute $50,000 toward the study effort, as per the FY 2024 UPWP.
