NC 540 (R-2829) Bonus Allocation Programming

MPO staff will provide a brief overview of the MPO’s Bonus Allocation programming methodology in preparation of the R-2829 Bonus Allocation funding (June 2024). Staff will review funding restrictions for the one hundred million dollars of BA funds and present the draft project list. The draft project list has been posted for a 30-day public review and comment period. Staff will review any public comments received. The Technical Coordinating Committee has recommended the Executive Board approve the project list for programming into the 2024-2033 Transportation Improvement Program. Following the Executive Board’s approval, the projects will be included in the next Transportation Improvement Program Amendment which is scheduled for posting in June and approval in August.
